It's just hard because the other types of money making are more of a risk from 30ks and crashing and stuff. Bunkers are still good, but I guess the Service Beacons can make a lot of money as well? I just never see any that aren't the low-risk ones.

I've been having fun helping reclaimer crews do hammerhead salvage missions. They'll usually pay a decent amount (250k or so) per ship. You don't have to buy any new ships since other people are always looking for people to help crew theirs.
Same. It's not hard for find a crew to join and you don't have any of the risk when the servers crash, etc.
Just start building a list of captains that you like to work with. Grinding money is the same no matter what you do... It's a grind. But with a crew you can have a ton of fun doing it!
There are some good FPS missions like Ghost Hollow that pay well, when they work. You should look into those if you like doing ground missions!
With the "money for nothing" mission, there are a lot of PvPers siphoning money from the atms at ghost hollow. Just be warned if you go there and be on the lookout.
Looting the risky salvage missions is still profitable, but they've been nerfed pretty hard. For a 30k aUEC investement, you can generally make $120k, and if you know where the secret illegal commodities console is, you don't have to risk going to a salvage yard with no armistice zone
Here's a good video on the differences from 3.9 to 3.9.1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uq80R3HRxXw
There's something about this gameplay loop that is super fun. Just be real careful if you have to go to the salvage yard.
But if you have a couple friends, it makes the game great when they have to come give you protection. This is how the game is supposed to be played!
I didn't know there was cargo in these! That seems like pretty good profit, honestly, with not a lot of risk.
