Making nicr lunches is a good idea. Maybe he is super busy and does not have time to make it himself. And so instead of him buying junkfood etc...

I'd steal this guys wife just for the glorious lunches.
I would throw the rubber ducks etc ~~out of the car window~~ the correct trash bin but the rest looks quite nice.

I’ve never done it myself but I’ve watched videos where people do it and once you know how it’s not terribly time consuming. It’s the learning how!
