Ukrainian troops began running out of ammunition as U.S. assistance has largely run out, U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said on Feb. 14, urging Congress to pass additional funding.

Yes, I am sure that McCarthy would have muscled up the gumption to whip the GOP into supporting-

What's that? He had no control over his own caucus and there was no way in hell he would have been able to go against the diaper-shitter supreme?

If the democrats had supported him, he may have had enough votes in his own caucus. But nobody dares be seen working together. (in fact if there was rumor the democrats would consider supported him that would have driven his republican supporters away)
