r/WitchesVsPatriarchy is a nonbinary-centered sub with a witchy twist, aimed at healing, supporting, and uplifting one another through humor and magic.

The goal is to at once embrace, and poke fun at, the mystical aspects of androgyny that have been previously demonized and/or devalued by the Patriarchy.

This subreddit is a Safe Space for Trans, Nonbinary, Gay, A/Bisexual, Intersex, and GNC people and BIPOC. We are Siblings, not Cisters. If you do not consider yourself an ally, then this community is not for you.

Rule 1: No bigotry

When being told by an older male colleague that "my brain must be scrambled" and asked "did I have too much fun this morning" when I point out data import errors do I : 1. Mute myself and scream 2. Self immolate to bring attention to our company's horrible training processes 3. Attempt to put a curse on him

I want to add Ani DiFranco lyrics in my mind since her death: "Imagine you're a girl, just trying to finally come clean, knowing full well they would prefer you were dirty, and smiling."

As a refugee of Reddit, I am happy to see some of my favorite communities coming over as well, including some of the pagan ones that first brought me to this community on Reddit. So greetings from you Norse pagan alley. Down with the patriarchy!

I'm decorating a new house. I want it to be witchy as hell. I get a whole room just for myself where it can be Halloween all year round, even.

Please let me know who is great to work with and has great shipping and who has the best celestial embroidery art because I'm having a hard time finding that!
