if you're gonna feel like shit anyways, start cleaning up so when you're feeling good you don't have to spend good energy juices on cleaning. that's what i tell myself when i feel like shit and i never take my own advice.
it's amazing how quickly you find things you'd rather be doing when you start cleaning
Replace cleaning with anything and things I'd rather be doing with staying in bed in paralysis and that's me.
