You're somehow not familiar with speed limits? I'm not in Europe but I encounter people on what amount to electric motorcycles whipping uncomfortably close to me all the time. They should be limited in speed. These mother fuckers are topping 30mph on a trail with pedestrians and it's clearly unsafe

Speed limits are not enforced on the vehicle. They're enforced on the driver.

Yeah. If there wasn't so much precedent here they probably would mandate governors on car engines, but good luck convincing the car obsessed public that it's a good idea! Probably could save a lot of lives
