CNN reports on the temperatures (129° this time), and perhaps mentions the records that have fallen.

What's never said is that the records won't last. Weather changes day to day, but the climate will keep getting hotter. Whatever records are set these days, will be broken within a few years, then broken again. It's not going to stop, ever.

These are the good old days.

The temperature will certainly stop climbing at some point. We, and most other life, just won't be around to witness it...
