Can anyone think of a way to disable 'Time Sensitive Reminders' for certain apps when certain Focuses are enabled?

You should be able to to settings then focus then whichever focus you’re working on. Inside there you’ll see categories for people and apps. List any contacts and apps that you want notifications from during that focus. All others should be silenced
Unfortunately no. If you have time sensitive notifications for Outlook enabled, they will still show even if you have excluded Outlook notifications in your chosen Focus.
