Everything is overblown and hyped up nowadays to sell you something.

Find joy in the simple everyday things: a nice cup of warm tea, the feeling walking after a heavy rain or the crunch of a freshly baked loaf of bread.

We are still human and not just consumers to be targeted with marketing hype constantly.
