I think I nearly fell asleep somewhere between 12 and 1. I was having tons of success with just focusing on relaxing rather than trying to sleep, but it hits a certain point and my brain just snaps and falls back on its defences. Mrs b said to make sure I wake up early, haha thatβll be a no thanks.
Even just resting with your eyes shut has a benefit. Knowing that might take the pressure off
