Maybe because they have an unstable CEO that they want to pay 56 BILLION dollars in stock (else he'll not be incentivized to run the company)

yeah, another thing that concerns me as a potential customer: if the company is deranged enough to pay that nutcase like that, after he took tesla stock to buy twitter and ran it into the ground? lol nah, get fucked
