The one downside of curved is that if you have a light behind you, you will always have a glare spot somewhere on the screen.
But distortion isn't really a problem, the curve isn't really noticeable.
That's thankfully not a problem, as the only window in my room is directly to my side and all my other lighting is overhead. Thanks!
