The original is a boomer cartoon about food allergies/preferences
This version is making fun of a weird scare going on with people claiming that folk are lacing Halloween candy with drugs
I can't stand the woke mob catering to people's allergies. Back in my day we would just suck it up and die.
Fentanyl is part of a complete breakfast
It’s also gluten free!
The original is a boomer humour comic complaining about PM10 pollution from cars and all the allergies it gives kids. The message of the comic is that we should invest in public transit and walkability to reduce car pollution.

It's making fun of Americans who believe that children who go trick or treating are getting candy laced with fentanyl.
Wouldn't it kill them instantly as it'd be their first exposure?
As with all things - the poison is in the dose (and delivery). It would depend how much fentanyl is added to how much candy, and how much candy the kid eats. Also how old and how large the kid is.
how do you imagine anyone would survive it if this was how things worked?
