So I watched the pilot and my only note is how empty it is. With Lady Ballers I felt genuine sadness towards one of the characters for her level of repression and how bad her friends were. With Mr Birtchim there were characters I guess but this doesn't even have a semblance of a joke anywhere. I guess you could make something out of him going berserk against the school board or the ridiculousness of the beer thing. You need to sacrifice and satirize your own beliefs in comedy to make fun of others. Look at how disco Elysium treats Harry and look at how the Simpsons treats neoliberals of all stripes. Having a satirized party and a straight man so straight he has no character other than being normal isn't comedy. I'd call it mockery but this is just a six minute, extraordinarily expensive wojack meme in which the creator is the Chad.
