Naw, it ain't going full empire.
You can get a certain pride in going full empire. You can pretend that you deserve the power as you are the peak of civilization bearing the white man's burden to run the world. It is really hard to have that pride in Trump unless you're really fucking dumb.
I haven't seen Tropic Thunder and the way this comment is written makes me completely unsure if it's paraphrasing a line from the movie
