[Hyprland] port of my first rice

I ended up liking it too much to switch, and i pretty much just had to remake the bar so I decided to port it :) i also spent like a whole day remaking the music module xd

- theme: catppuccin macchiato green

yeah mine is only 4gb too. you'll be more than fine. I mean I'm on a laptop lol and pretty much every game i'm playing is on max settings pulling down 80+ fps.
Let's hope that I gonna have good time. I'm gonna try CachyOS on VM first.
