Right? If the other doctor brought in a bunch of fishermen and a stockbroker, and a radio host, and a mime to help with the surgery and said "I saw this on TV once and I am an expert" then started up a chainsaw....I'd worry a little and take the other guy.

I feel it's more like the other guy is actually a barber who happens to have a meat pastry shop on the floor below his ~~butcher~~ barbershop
