I'm skeptical of this idea that Ukraine carried out the Nordstream bombing without any naval force/ submarines.

Yeah. Sure they did wanted to sabotage it, after all, Nordstream was specifically designed to omit Ukraine because Yushchenko kleptogovt openly steal gas from pipes coing through the country. But they didn't have means nor balls to do. Notice source for the claim, Axel Springer. It's all part of trying to shift the blame from USA.
That's the point the video seems to be making, but it does so a little ambiguously. It looks like western media is trying to saddle all the failures on the Kiev regime by floating the 'Ukraine acted alone' narrative.
