June Jordan, born on this day in 1936, was a queer Jamaican-American author, feminist, and educator whose works include Some of Us Did Not Die and Report From the Bahamas. "Poetry is a political act because it involves telling the truth."
In her writing, Jordan explores issues of gender, race, capitalism, privilege, immigration, and representation. Jordan was passionate about using Black English in both her writing and her classroom, teaching her students to treat Black English as its own language and as an important outlet for expressing Black culture.
As a professor at Berkeley, Jordan founded the "Poetry for the People" program in 1991. Its aim was to inspire and empower students to use poetry as a means of artistic expression.
Although not widely recognized when first published in 1982, Jordan's essay "Report from the Bahamas", has since become an important work in gender studies, sociology, and anthropology.

Understood! Tomorrow I will ask a friend who has a pretty beefy "backup" PC if he is willing to lend me his "spare" power supply unit to do some testing. Much cheaper than buying one outright and finding out it's not a power related issue lol.
I hope it's not the motherboard because I will be fucked then. That shit is super expensive here (Argentina) as imported goods are heavily taxed. If that turns out to be the case, I'll @ you for model recommendations, I found some DDR4 compatible ones that dont seem to be so bad but I dont know how they compare to mine. That is after I can secure a decent budget, so hard in our difficult times.
If it's the Pump then I guess I'll just swap it for a conventional cooler, hope I can just do that.
One final thing. Given my specs, what range should the power unit be in? 600W would be enough? Less than that is dangerous territory?

600W would be about as low as I'd want to go for that setup, yeah. It's good that you can hopefully borrow a friend's power supply before having to spend.
Air coolers are generally cheaper and more reliable than water coolers for equivalent performance.
The thing about motherboards, especially on the Intel side, is that each socket is only compatible with one, maybe two generations of CPUs so to keep that 7700k you'd have to be looking not just for DDR4 but also socket LGA1151 which hasn't been made for a good while. I don't know about the Argentinian market but old motherboards are generally not a good value proposition. What I'd be looking for if I had to replace that motherboard on a budget is an AM4 socket board, which does still use DDR4, and a Ryzen 3000 or 5000 series CPU to put in it.
