Yeah, it's basically judicial capture
Which is only a problem because servile lickspittle liberals won't just ignore and nullify the obviously compromised decisions of these "sacred" courts they uphold. It's so frustrating.
Unlike authoritarian bad country where the leader can take away your rights, in free and democratic Amerikkka he appoints some guy in a costume to do it for him
