Thank you. It's incredibly stressful. I'm scrambling trying to find someone else but it's not looking good right now...
Would a colleague or someone who knows you well from outside work do? When I needed referees I used my hairdresser and my GPs practice manager as I hadn't been in paid employment since 2009.
