Tree was such a funny card when I was new and playing casually with friends. 4 player table and most often no one had removal so we would die roll to see who got set to 13.

One time I got to activate the tree and cast sudden spoiling to set a player to 2. Fun times.

I still have Tree and Triskaidekaphobia in my Vona EDH deck, though I've only gotten the combo off once. Absolutely worth it in my eyes!
