This is the place to ask beginner and simple questions. Some examples include:

  • Soap, scent, or gear recommendations
  • Favorite scents, bases, etc
  • Where to buy certain items
  • Identification of a razor you just bought
  • Troubleshooting shaving issues such as cuts, poor lather, and technique

Please note these are examples and any questions for the sub should be posted here.

Since I 'm moving away from reddit, is there a fediverse alternative to imgur?

I've uploaded images directly to Lemmy and it works fine, though I don't know if there is resizing going on and I don't know about space limitations on the instance. One nice thing about using Lemmy on a desktop browser is you can copy and image to the clipboard and paste it in directly into the comment box and it inserts it effortlessly.

Good question because I was wondering this myself.

Pixelfed is more instagram-like than imgur-like, but you can use it to post up to 20 images in one place.

Pixelfed is the Instagram of the Fediverse. Maybe you could use it as an Imgur alternative as well? I haven’t given it a try yet.

Jerboa (for Android) also just got an upgrade. I haven't looked at the changeling yet.
