Mixed emotions watching absolutely inhuman weapons of hell on earth being used against the greatest threat to peace of the century.
No mixed emotions on my side. As soon as the ruzzki assholes leave Ukraine they won't get hit with such stuff.
It's very, very simple: Don't go to war if you don't want to die.
100%... I just don't like the future of war that is taking shape for the next big war's draftees. In ten or twenty years, weapons like these will be turning young people into chicharron en masse, and the status quo has been eroding gradually.
then support more money into defense against this. research now can save lives. More equipment to ukraine so russia loses faster would help too., 1000 f35 complete with all weapon would help. (all produced to date, but I want them without robbing our military of their jets)
That's what I vote for. I've also donated money directly to Ukraine. Any other bright ideas?
Don't invade don't die. With Siberia they cant pull bullshit like lebensraum
What exactly are we looking at here, is it a drone with a flamethrower, spitting fire into trenches?
No idea. It's thermite, obviously. I've heard that "Baba Yaga" have a payload of about 30lb? This is from memory, so don't depend on that guess. I would love to see how they rig it up. It appears to destroy the drone after the payload is dropped.
My feelings about the above video are nuanced. I'm glad to see Ukraine kicking asses by any means necessary, yet I hate the idea of this kind of attack becoming normal in others conflicts. If Russia can't be stopped from sooner or later causing a world war, that is my kid's life on the line.
In a real sense I do feel Ukraine is defending me and my family, in the long run. So I watch this kind of footage every day with a melange of hope and horror. I never want my son facing this, and that makes me a bit of a hypocrite. So be it.
