  • Lather: Sir Irisch Moos
  • Brush: Zenith B33
  • Razor: EldrormR Industries - MM24
  • Blade: GEM - PTFE (1 & 2)
  • Post Shave: Thayer’s - Witch Hazel Aloe Vera Aftershave
  • Post Shave: Stirling Soap Co. - Unscented - Splash & Balm
  • Scuttle: [Redacted] - Travel Scuttle
  • Osma: Osma - Osma

I’m away at a destination wedding, and instead of continuing my exploration of my DEs, I took the tried and true MM24. Such a great daily driver, it always gives me a great shave with little if any irritation.

The town we are in has a crazily well stocked independent grocery store. They had Thayer’s aftershave splash, which I had never seen before, so I decided to try it. It’s an alcohol based splash, and is not amazing nor terrible. The scent is a generic, inoffensive musky scent. I’d say it reminded me of Stirling’s aftershaves more than anything else. That’s not a criticism of Stirling or Thayer’s, they are both basic, serviceable splashes and I like that. But I see no reason to buy this again as I have Stirling.
