How can I tell the difference between Capocolla, Mortadella and Prosciutto (lemmy.ca)

Today I purchased Citterio Sliced Assorted Meat at Costco. This is my first time buying Italian Panini sliced assorted meats. Could anyone tell me that which is in my plate?

  • Sweet capocolla
  • Mortadella
  • Prosciutto cotto

Cotto, not crudo. Meaning it is boiled, not dry cured.
