Why do you want to use pre built? Just install revanced manager and download the youtube apk it's really not hard at all.
2 things: her builds seem to be lighter + it's more convenient to install it from there.
"Let's just download this apk from a telegram group, what could go wrong"
I don't know how much are you involved in the android modding community, but literally millions of users install apps from Telegram.
Millions of people smoke. That doesn't make it a smart life choice.
The argument "lots of people do it" is probably one of the worst possible to justify anything.
Then do that for all I care but you can't then come back and ask if they're safe.
