Who the hell downvoted you? I for one am here for this series (it's genuinely good), and I'll be buying the volumes as they release.
I have liked this one as well, but I am not fully caught up yet.
As for the downvotes, instance admins can see who up/downvoted any posts. I actually host my own instance for bot testing and monitoring for vote manipulation in the communities I mod. I agree with Kadath that you just occasionally see some user that has never commented or posted in the community downvote a bunch of posts and then never show up again. Lemmy is weird about anime/manga stuff.
Actually there are some people or bots who only exist to down vote posts. I had the similar experience in multiple communities.
That tracks. I've posted what I thought were extremely well-informed comments here only to get downvoted to fuckall. Like, I thought I left Reddit?
Probably people that have their sorting set to new and see every post in the Lemmy sphere. Had my posts downvoted several times before.
That makes sense. Also, sup? Only two more days until the next Mikadono chapter (with a colour page!!!). Raws go up Friday.
