As a European I see these for the first time, where do they come from? Usually I see eagles, donkeys and elephants with US stuff
It's (based on) the Gadsden flag https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gadsden_flag
Bald Eagles are the US national bird, elephants are the Republican mascot, and Donkeys are the Democrat mascot. The subject here is a parody of the Gadsden Flag, which is linked in the other comment.
