$100US, on top of your Online fee(or trip to NY). For an alarm clock. That downloads image and audio files.

$100 dollars. For something my phone does on the daily. My phone which cost me as much as this clock.

You are missing something here. FTA "Alarmo will also let users check Records to get data on how much they move around while sleeping." You are paying to have a device in your kids room that will monitor their actions and report back to Nintendo. I am sure they will be completely transparent with what they do with that data.
