Objectively, ads are not spyware, that's a fact.

Well, don't use the word if you don't know what it means. Sure, ads by its nature are not ads. But ads that track you are spyware.

Objectively, Google is not a spyware either, thats a fact regardless of your opinion.

Google Play Services are a spyware, they track so many things about you.

I don't understand what the rest of your comment refers to.
