Hey, it's old Dutch!

It says (In apparently no particular order): Presentation of the Wall, Moat, Fausse Braie (which is a French term for a secondary fore-wall), and covered/hidden way/road, or counterscarp, of the city of Grolle (modern Groenlo) in this siege.

And if anyone is Dutch, or nearby, the battle for Grolle is being reenacted this weekend with some 1500 reenactors. If you like history, it's VERY worth it.
