The third panel shows the person back to their original state, with the skull still grabbing their shoulders while having a slightly blank expression.
The fourth panel is the skull cringing and spitting out pieces of the soul all over the person, saying "PTHHHHBBT"
Imagine how it must feel to have your own chewed up soul spat out all over your face. Probably bad I would guess
