Honestly, one of the main things giving me hope is that ballot initiatives consistently show a massive swing toward left-leaning, social democratic policies.

Because that's the moderate/center position of the country. There is just a false impression created by the corporate media that you have to be "center right" to be considered moderate. Direct democracy is cool.

Yup, 100%. When it comes down to it, America is more to the left than our federal government. Which is hugely shitty but still represents a chance to fix this shit.

People like myself are more likely to show up for them and ignore the democrats. We have whole networks to get them done. Unfortunately the etruggle to get rcv is real so we can stop this nonsense.
