Acquire a boxset for Windows 95 from your local Microsoft partner
BACK UP YOUR DATA!
Follow the installation instructions printed on your Setup floppy (WARNING: Don't use the Boot floppy or you'll lose your data!)

For reference:

Once you've installed all 13 floppy disks, reboot.
Connect your modem, dial into your phone line, and point Internet Explorer to http://v2.windowsupdaterestored.com/ to check for updates and install all of them.
(Microsoft's own website for Windows 95 updates is currently experiencing some temporary downtime.)
From this point on, you can do in-place-upgrades through the versions by following each Windows version's installation instructions.
If you run into hardware compatibility issues, contact your hardware vendor for up-to-date drivers.
IMPORTANT: Make sure you own a valid license for each version of the Microsoft Windows operating system before you install!
