I know a girl named Paige that married a man with the last name Page.

We call her Page 2. It’s also fun when they disagree and I ask if they can get on the same page.

I have a friend named Blair who married a man with the last name Blair. We call her "Blair Squared" and she hates it.

At that point I’d just go full legal mononym like Cher and Teller.

I know a couple with the same name (one masculine one feminine version). Their names can both be shortened to "little bear". I will never stop calling them collectively "Haribo"

A buddy of mine dated a girl in high school that had the feminine version of his name and they had the same last name (no relation, but we gave him shit anyway).

I'm sad we gave him so much shit because that was the coolest person he dated over the next two decades. He agrees that she should have been his first wife and he should have hyphenated his last name.

Paige Davis married Patrick Page but did not take his last name.
