As if there's a single lead developer behind MS Teams. There's probably like 100+ devs working on it in a dozen teams or more.
Do you think the Microsoft Teams team uses Microsoft Teams in their teams to develop Microsoft Teams?
Probably, dogfooding is common.
I heard even the dev team behind MS SourceSafe didn't use SourceSafe. I don't blame them.
Do you really think it had that much attention?
1 PO, 1 BA and a part time dev split across teams. They're also the QA.
