been appreciating Kai Winn and Gul Dukat much more while re-watching DS9 for the first time lately, great writing and acting, she is a scary political operator

gul dukat is a fascinating character to me too; trekspertise's video on him made me realize how fleshed out he was despite being at secondary character at the beginning like nog.
