I have:
- joint
- youtube
- back/side/hair tickles from bf
- lavender incense
- instant ramen for days
- plush toys
- green tea for days
- hot water bottle sometimes
- specifically blue slush (shaved ice for you psychopaths)
🎵 These are some of my favourite things 🎶
And then a hot bath or shower if the headaches happens. Oh and cover all the mirrors in the house.
But like mine have been so irregular the last couple of months and I don't bleed so it's so hard to know if I'm finally going insane or whoops just my period I'm fine 🙃
