I'm on a Pixel 6, and my last security update seems to be July 5. There's actually another new security update that's applying now. I'll report back if it doesn't go. Never had one fail though. ๐ซค
The security update I got applied well, just not the Play System Update
Gotcha. My mistake. It looks like mine went through without a hitch with the June 1 update.
What I'm seeing online is to look up Play Services in the Play Store and see if there's an update and then try again. The other thing involves clearing the cache for Play Services and restart the phone, then retry - but apparently that means you could lose stuff like transit cards, COVID card, and payment info saved in Google Pay, so that's definitely not ideal.
