I think that they’re referring to Lemmy Worlds announcement.

World moderation seemed too "all up in my business", so I ditched it fairly quickly. I get that ML users have a reputation for being obnoxious about their politics, but the moderation has been very "hands off"...as far as I can tell.

They just moderate in other ways to protect their own views. Mention anything counter to .ml and out you go, also you can't swear which is an odd rule.

I was just curious since the fediverse is a hell of a lot more than just LW. Didn’t even think about them since I only see posts that make it over and must have missed that announcement
