I'll stick with the GrapheneOS PDF viewer.

My only problem is that it's a paging PDF and not a scroll PDF

A lot of PDF viewers I've seen on F-Droid are like this.
I wonder if it's because getting it rendering pages fast enough to let the user freely scroll is difficult to achieve or something of the sorts...

Honestly better for me as well, loads faster but it could be my bias (running on Pixel 8 Pro)

I'm on LineageOS which I don't think has a default pdf viewer so I am going to try GrapheneOS.
