The headline is slightly wrong. The judge pointed out that Rudy's former attorneys said things that, if true, indicate that Rudy was lying. But the judge hasn't yet decided which version of facts to accept.

That being said, I think Rudy's former attorneys also presented documents that would support their claims, and Rudy probably doesn't have any, so let's predict the judge will go with the evidence.
