Looking for games with strong female leads for my daughter (even just to watch as I play). Came across this link, but they're a bit age-inappropriate. Any suggestions from the community? (gameranx.com)

Edit: Daughter is only 5 so she's unlikely to play much but she watches me and as long as it's not too violent, it should be fine

Horizon: Zero Dawn would be an excellent choice.

Might be a bit violent for a 5 yr old? It's rated PEGI 16 .

It's not especially violent unless you're concerned about violence against robot dinosaurs. There are however some times when the protagonist kills bad guys but I think that's true of most games.

It's also relatively safe as far as language and bloodiness. I felt comfortable playing it with my children (of about the same age as OP's kids) around.
