I really hate Square Enix support. The worst time was when they shipped my Collectors version of FFXIV Shadowbringers without a serial to activate the game. I spent every day for an entire month on various support channels, because who knows which is the right one, or being passed back and forth to various departments. It was resolved eventually after various threats of involving retail ombudsman but was an absolute nightmare that I was on the verge of throwing in the towel with the game. That wasn’t the first or last time I’ve had issues with their support, and I won’t be surprised if I have issues another time in the future.
