It’s important to note that black dudes wearing pants below thier ass crack stemmed from gay dudes in prison signaling to other inmates that they wanted to be ass fucked. Then they got out of jail but kept signaling and then other retards saw this and thought it looked cool. Some of it has to do with large hand me down clothing and inability to afford belts but yeah the former is also true. Homo-thugs is a real thing
