Mabuhay at maligayang pag-alis sa Lemmy! ✈️

An abandoned community for the Philippines and all things Filipino! 🇵🇭

Started out as a Reddit alternative during the blackout from Jun 12-21, 2023 with over 1k members in just a few days. Fizzled faster than the "I Didn't Do It" kid after a month until it became the internet's Centralia in less than a year.

Is Axie still alive? Haven't heard what happened to it but it smelled sus so I never joined.

The value of SLP tanked to the point that it wasn't profitable anymore. To make matters worse, the server got hacked and the culprit got away with $620 million worth of crypto, effectively killing them.

Yung parent ng isang kakila ko spent their whole retirement package for water refilling station business. What's worse is meron na nakatayo sa kabilang kanto. Within 2yrs, nagtransfer si kakilala from a private college to a public one.
