How do I access a specific post on another instance from my lemm.ee account? (lemm.ee)

I searched for information and Google pointed me to a Lemmy posting at: https://lemmy.world/post/1697414

My main account is this one on lemm.ee and I would like to comment in that post from this account, but I can't figure out how to view that specific post from this account. Is there some trick with putting a "!" in front of that path?

Just do a search with the link and it should give you an instance-local page for the thread. I'm not sure if there's a more straightforward way of doing it, but that's what I've been doing.

Depending on your browser, there are extensions that exist to help with it. I'm not sure if there's an easier non-extension way than searching though.
