and PixelFed, Pleroma, Akkoma, Miskey, Calckey, Goto Social, OwnCast, Funkwhale, Mobilizon, Bookwyrm, Friendica, WriteFreely, and probably a bunch more.

Just a small thing about that instance you are linking to: it's very much outdated, contains bugs and is misconfigured (posing security issues, look at https://cryptpad.devol.it/checkup/). You don't need to open an account. You can follow PeerTube channels from Lemmy.
PeerTube channels, as far as I can tell, are groups, not users, so they should be follow able on Lemmy as if they were Lemmy communities.
ETA: Seems to work ok from my Lemmy account. I was able to pull in https://lemmy.ml/c/[email protected]
