I meant explanation by the mainstream media to the general public, it is severely lacking and it's probably on purpose.

I guess it's easy for them to complain forever. They can forever say it's not enough, and that appeals to the ignorants.
In the same manner, Japanese media fail women by fearmongering on cancer vaccines. It's very much like the US right wing media echo-chamber the Clintons and Hunter Biden.
Huh that's interesting... do you have examples of the Japanese media doing that? I've never heard that before.
